The warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers, websites, including auction sites and marketplaces.

Note: If you purchased our products from such uncertified dealers, the dealer must state in writing, prior to the completion of the transaction, that the manufacturer's warranty does not apply. A dealer who fails to do so will be required to honour the terms of the warranty and cover any costs incurred.
