The season has officially commenced this past week at the Puresilk Bahamas LPGA Classic. Undergoing trying conditions (extreme winds and weather delays) I was able to post a solid even-par total for the three day event. This off season has provided me the confidence to know I can go out and perform in any conditions and maintain a strong physical and mental presence on the golf course. My trainer, Andrew Noble, and I have continued our hard work on balance, stability, and power this off season. We have seen a huge increase in all these dimensions in the studio and on the course. Aside from the “off course” training- my coach Kenny Nairn and I have put in some good work on putting, wedge game, and ballstriking as well. With few equipment changes from PING, it has made some of these facets of the game more well rounded for me. I look forward to the Asia Swing coming up in 3 weeks and giving my self the best opportunity to contend for a victory. NIVO’s spring line will keep me cool and stylish while I navigate the hot humid weather in Thailand and Singapore!
