Contest terms and conditions
GENERAL
This Contest will be conducted online by NVO Sport at nvosport.com for customers to enter.
A customer is referred to as “You” and “Your”.
The Contest runs from September 7, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. to November 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (EDT) (the “Contest Period”)
A random draw will be held on November 16, 2023, to select four Contest winners for the month of November.
Ways to enter:
Anyone who registers for free to Win a Gift Card from NVO Contest by answering the Golf Quiz automatically becomes a contest entrant. Each registration is equivalent to 1 entry in the draw.
To get more chances to win, participants have the possibility to share the contest link.
No purchase necessary.
The goal of our contest is to have real participants win. Daily entries are limited to those stated above. Any attempt at fraud (bot and otherwise) or any attempt at mass participation or contrary to our rules will be punished by removal of entries from the draw in question and we reserve the right to block the offending entrant’s IP address.
ELIGIBILITY
Contest open to residents of Canada 18 years of age and older only, no purchase necessary.
You agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations set forth herein, subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
Employees of Raymond Lanctôt Ltd. and employees of subcontracting companies working on the nvosport.com site, as well as the people with whom they reside, are not eligible to participate in the contest.
By accepting the prize, the winners agree to NVO Sport’s use of their name, city, province, or territory of residence and/or photograph for publicity purposes without compensation.
PRIZE WINNERS
Entries must be made through the website nvosport.com before November 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
A random draw will be held at the Raymond Lanctôt Ltd. head office in Saint-Laurent on November 16, 2023, at 4 p.m, for all contest entries.
There will be 4 winners.
One person will win a $300 gift card valid on www.nvosport.com.
Three people will win each a $100 gift card valid on www.nvosport.com.
The value of each of the four prizes is $600 and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The prizes will be sent to the winners by e-mail on the day of the draw, November 16, 2023. The gift cards are valid online only.
Four (2) winners in total for a total contest value of $600.
ADDITIONNAL TERMS
By entering the Contest, You agree that:
- these Contest Rules and NVO Sport’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects.
- and b) Release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless NVO Sport and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NVO Sport is not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in the materials related to the Contest and/or for any transactions entered late, incorrectly or lost due to computer or electronic malfunctions or mail that cannot be delivered for any reason. NVO Sport reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by NVO Sport in its sole discretion necessary for business efficacy.
PRIVACY POLICY
NVO Sport will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest and/or to ascertain Your needs and make marketing offers to You. We may contact You for the above purposes by telephone, fax, text message or other electronic means and by automatic dialing-announcing device, at the numbers You have provided us or by Internet, mail, e-mail, or other methods. By entering this Contest, You acknowledge and agree that You give NVO Sport permission to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with NVO Sport’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). NVO Sport is committed to protecting any personal information You have provided herein. OTHER
For Québec residents only: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
NVO Sport’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive for all purposes relating to this Contest.
